SHIPPING INFORMATION

At REAZENABLE , every order is carefully packed and shipped with care so your building sets arrive safely and ready to build.

1. Shipping Fee

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $199.99.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $199.99, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

2. Shipping Carriers Orders may be shipped via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, or other available local carriers, depending on the destination and current shipping conditions.

3. Processing & Shipping Time

  • In-Stock Items: Usually processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days.

  • Pre-Order Items: The shipping date for pre-order items depends on the actual arrival and production time at our warehouse. Estimated release dates are subject to change, and we will dispatch them as soon as stock becomes available.

  • Custom-Made / Made-to-Order Items: May require 5–23 business days for production before shipment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time Most orders are delivered within 7–30 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unexpected events. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
