1. About REAZE Halo
1.1 What is REAZE Halo?
REAZE Halo is an ambient light built around plasma-based light technology. Inside the glass sphere, glowing plasma shifts and flows, creating a constantly evolving visual experience — like a small “cosmic planet” on your desk.
1.2 Is it an LED light?
No. REAZE Halo does not use conventional LED illumination. The light comes from the plasma itself inside the glass sphere — you can actually see the light moving and changing.
1.3 Is it a lamp or a decorative object?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
1.4 How is it different from a traditional lamp?
A traditional lamp projects light outward to illuminate a space. REAZE Halo makes the light itself visible and interactive — the plasma changes shape and movement in response to the user, turning light into a visual object.
2. What is Plasma?
2.1 What is plasma?
We’re familiar with three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas. Plasma is often called the fourth state of matter.When enough energy is added to a gas, some electrons break free from their atoms and move independently. These free-moving charges make the gas electrically conductive and highly responsive to electromagnetic fields — that’s plasma.Plasma is actually everywhere in the universe: the sun, stars, auroras, and lightning are all plasma. REAZE Halo brings this “cosmic light” down to your desktop.
2.2 What gas is inside the glass sphere?
The sphere is first evacuated into a vacuum, then filled with noble gases (also called inert gases) — mainly Argon, Xenon, and Nitrogen.These gases are chemically stable and do not react with oxygen, so they do not produce ozone and have no odor.
2.3 Is the plasma effect always the same?
No. The plasma is dynamic — its shape and movement change as you turn the knob on the base. Every moment looks a little different.
2.4 Does the plasma wear out over time?
The plasma is generated by the interaction between the electric field and the gas inside the sphere. As long as the device operates normally, the effect continues. The system is designed for long-term daily use.
3. Usage & Control
3.1 How do I control REAZE Halo?
Through a physical knob on the base. No app, no Wi-Fi needed. Just plug it in and use it.
3.2 What does the knob do?
The knob changes the behavior of the plasma inside the glass sphere — different positions produce different visual shapes and motion patterns.
3.3 Do I need an app or internet connection?
No. REAZE Halo is a self-contained device. All functions are controlled directly through the base knob.
3.4 Can I leave it on continuously?
REAZE Halo is designed for normal daily use. Just follow the instructions and make sure it has proper ventilation.
3.5 Is it suitable for bedrooms?
Yes. REAZE Halo operates quietly and offers adjustable plasma patterns, making it a great fit for bedrooms, living rooms, studies, studios, and other relaxation spaces.
4. Safety
4.1 Does it produce ozone?
No. The sphere is filled with chemically stable noble gases that do not react with oxygen to form ozone. There is no odor or smoke during normal use.
4.2 Does it emit radiation?
REAZE Halo does not emit ionizing radiation (such as X-rays or gamma rays). Its electromagnetic radiation complies with national safety standards, so there is no concern during normal use.Note: Pregnant women and people with pacemakers may prefer to avoid prolonged, close-contact use.
4.3 Will it interfere with other electronics?
REAZE Halo is designed with electromagnetic compatibility in mind. The electric field and plasma system are sealed inside the glass sphere with shielding. Under normal use, it can safely coexist with other household electronics.
4.4 Does it get hot?
Yes. Like most electrical devices, it generates some heat during operation. A built-in thermal management system keeps temperatures within a comfortable range. The glass sphere may feel warm — this is normal.
4.5 Can the plasma inside touch me?
No. The plasma is completely sealed inside the glass sphere. You interact with it only through the external knob — there is no direct contact with the plasma.
4.6 Is it safe to touch the glass sphere?
The exterior of the glass sphere is safe, but since it may become warm during operation, avoid prolonged contact.
4.7 Can the glass sphere break?
The glass sphere is a sealed component and is safe under normal use. Please avoid dropping, striking, or intentionally damaging it.
4.8 Can children use it?
Children should use REAZE Halo under adult supervision to avoid risks of burns or electric shock from improper handling.
4.9 Is it noisy?
REAZE Halo is designed for quiet operation. It has been tested for noise, and under normal use, there should be no noticeable sound.
5. Placement & Environment
5.1 Where should I place it?
Place REAZE Halo on a flat, heat-resistant, hard surface — such as stone, stainless steel, or glass.Do not place it on: cloth, cardboard, plastic mats, bedding, or other soft or flammable materials — these can block the air intake at the bottom and cause overheating.
5.2 How much space should I leave around it?
Leave at least 10 cm (about 4 inches) of space on all sides for ventilation. Make sure the air intake and exhaust are not blocked.
5.3 What should I keep away from it?
- Water sources, sinks, and humid areas (to prevent moisture from entering and causing a short circuit)
- Magnetic items: bank cards, phones, watches (to avoid magnetic interference)
- Precision electronic devices (to avoid electromagnetic interference)
- High-temperature heat sources: heating pads, space heaters (to prevent accelerated aging)
- Small metal objects: metal ornaments, aluminum foil, cans (these can be induction-heated and cause burns or fire risk)
6. Cleaning & Maintenance
6.1 How do I clean it?
Before cleaning, you must: 1. Unplug the device 2. Wait until it has completely cooled downCleaning method: - Glass sphere and base: wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth - Dust on the body and air intake: use a dry brush or vacuum cleaner - Do not rinse the device with water - Do not use abrasive cleaners - Do not open the glass sphere or internal components yourself
6.2 How should I store it if I won’t use it for a long time?
Clean and dry it thoroughly, then store in a dry, well-ventilated place to avoid moisture.
7. Troubleshooting & Service
7.1 Can I repair it myself?
Absolutely not. The device contains high-voltage circuits. Disassembling it yourself carries a risk of electric shock. Please contact professional after-sales service for any issues.
7.2 What should I check before turning it on?
- Inspect the power cord and glass sphere for any damage or cracks
- Do not operate the plug or knob with wet hands
7.3 How much power does it consume?
REAZE Halo is designed with energy efficiency in mind. Please refer to the rated power on the product label. Actual power consumption depends on the operating mode and knob setting.
